​​ REGISTRATION FEE: 

An annual non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of registration to you’re your dancer’s place in class. Early registration before July 15th is $75 per family. Registration after July 15th is $100 per family. Please return Registration Form above, along with your annual registration fee, to: Bluebirds Ballet Academy, 1007 East St. Mary Blvd., Lafayette, LA 70503. 

TUITION:

Tuition for our 2024-25 Dance Season is calculated on a yearly basis. The Spring Semester includes additional rehearsals and classes to prepare for our performance. The yearly tuition costs include the costs of any additional classes and rehearsals. Tuition Payments may be made in 10 equal payments (August through May), in two semester payments (Fall and Spring), or in one yearly payment. If you wish your payments to be made in a different manner, please let the Studio Director or Administrator (Jasmine Bertrand or Colleen Romero) know, and we are happy to work with you. Payments made monthly are due the first class of each month. Semester Payments are due at the beginning of each semester, and yearly payments are due at the beginning of the Dance Year. Recital Fees and Costume Payments may also be broken up into separate payments if desired. Payments may be made by check, in cash, or through our Bluebirds Ballet Academy Venmo Account. PLEASE NOTE THAT VENMO PAYMENTS WILL INCLUDE A 3% CONVENIENCE FEE.

​RECITAL FEE: 

An annual non-refundable Recital Fee of $150 per Student is due in full by September 30, 2024. This fee pays for our deposit at the theater to reserve our dates for our Spring Performance. It is paid to the theater in the fall and is therefore non-refundable.

COSTUME FEE

The Costume Fee of $100 per costume for dancers in Preschool, Primary, Advanced Primary and Levels I-IV, and $125 per costume for dancers in Levels V-VII, is due in full by November 30, 2024. We cannot order dance costumes for your Dancer until your Costume Fee is paid in full. Delay in ordering costumes may prevent your Dancer from being able to participate in photographs, rehearsals, and performance. Costume Fees are paid directly to the costume companies upon purchase and are non-refundable after November 30, 2024.

STRUCTURED PAYMENTS FOR COSTUME/RECITAL FEES

Costume Fees and Recital Fees may be paid in four equal payments on August 31, September 30, October 31, and November 30, or in other similar arrangements. Please contact our Studio Administrator, Colleen Romero, to request such an arrangement. 

Tuition and Other Payments and Written Forms/Communication

Tuition and Other Payments and Written Forms/Communication: Those students/families choosing to pay monthly will be issued a Yellow Tuition Envelope at the beginning of the dance year. It will be distributed to Dancers at the end of the first class of each month. Please place tuition payments inside the Yellow Tuition Envelope or check the VENMO option on your envelope, and either leave it in the Tuition Envelope Boxlocated next to the back entry of the studio door in Studio A, or at the desk in Studio B. Please hand all cash payments to Colleen Romero, our Studio Administrator, so that she can issue a receipt to you. Checks may be made to Bluebirds Ballet Academy. Any written communication or other check payments can be left in the Tuition Envelope Boxes.
